 | Truth, Lies and Three Strikes
The Contra Costa Times rightly points out that Time is Running out for State Prison Plan. This is the case not only because the State is under court order to act to reduce overcrowding, but more importantly, because prisoners, also known as human beings, are being warehoused under inhumane, snake pit conditions for longer than their families care to remember. The solution, has been staring the Governor in the face since he took office: Sentencing Reform,!!!
