I am a 34 year old father of a 4 year old daughter named Jasmine who cannot know the love and nurturing a caring father can give.  I have been a church going man my whole life and have been singing as a hobby for many years.  I had steady employment until drugs came into my life.  A jury convicted me of possession of crack cocaine for sale.  I was set up and the drugs were planted on me.  This has devastated my loving family and has left me with a feeling of hopelessness for my future .  I have never committed a violent act against anyone, but have received a sentence greater than that a murderer might get.
