FACTS has Forum at Case Western Law School in San Diego

FACTS had a forum on 3-Strikes at Case Western Law School in San Diego and one of the speakers was Patsy Knights who spoke about the story of her son.
	In addition, the keynote speaker was Gary Nichols, the appellate public defender who won the Romero (judge's discretion) and Garcia (limiting application of juvenile adjudications) cases regarding the 3-strikes law. Gary took many questions from the crowd and here he talks about the creation of the 3-strikes law and his displeasure with the initative process.
